Prime Lending Rate (PLR) of the company is 17.5%, which is subject to change from time to time as may be decided by the Board. The effective Interest rates may vary based on the Loan product/ scheme chosen and based on profile of the customers.

Interest Rate Range of contracted loans granted to individuals for the quarter ended 31.12.2023 are as under: -

• Housing Loan – 12.00% to 28.00% (Mostly Loans given tier V and VI Cities, i.e. Rural India)
• Loan Against Property – 14.50% to 30.00%
• Gold Loan- 9.00% to 24.00%

Mean Interest Rate of contracted loans granted to individuals for the quarter ended 31.12.2023 are as under: -

• Housing Loan – 24.65% (Mostly Loans given tier V and VI Cities, i.e. Rural India)
• Loan Against Property – 24.43%
• Gold Loan- 19.96%
